If for any reason you or your child are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Please provide proof of purchase and a brief explanation of why you're seeking a refund so we can improve our offerings.
Refund Process Guidelines
To initiate a refund, simply contact our customer service team via email at support@rangersage.com. Include your order number, and we will guide you through the process. Once your return is confirmed, you will receive an email regarding your refund status. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to reflect in your original payment method.
Exchanges and Store Credits
If you would prefer an exchange or store credit rather than a refund, we’re happy to accommodate. Please inform our team at the time of your request, and we'll assist you with your exchanges promptly.
